YHXK240活塞環自動修口機主要用途 Main purpose:
本機型分為干式和濕式兩種，濕式是采用冷卻液進行修口冷卻、修口不燒傷特別適合鋼質環、球鐵環修口，也可用于干修口（合金鑄鐵環），并可連接于活塞環自動加工線上使用。
Piston ring automatic dressing machine provides both dry and wet types. As for the wet type, It adopts the cooling liquid to cool the trimming gap and the gap won’t burn , which is particularly suitable for the steel ring , ball Iron ring, and alloy cast iron ring.It can be connected with piston ring production line
技術特點 Technical characters:
1.整機PLC控制（濕式修口機）。
2.加工活塞環zui大厚度厚環一片，薄環二片環。
3.自動送料對中機構采用高精度滾珠直線導軌和附磁中心搖擺氣缸組成。
4.壓料裝置由附磁輕型氣缸和伸出調速阻尼油缸組成。
5.高精度磨頭能進行雙速調整，砂輪縱、橫向調整采用表顯.
6.送料、壓料和出料自動理環，采用電、氣聯鎖安全防護。

3、Automatic feeding alignment includes high precision ball linear guide and swing cylinder attached magnetic center.
4、Magnetic light-type air cylinder and speed-regulate damping oil cylinder compose a stable feeding unit.
5、Wheelhead has two optional speed. It is displayed on panel for longitudinal and latitudinal adjustment of grinding wheel.
6.The piston rings are tidied up automatically when discharged. Interlock unit for safety.
