YH3MK9380數控高速氣門磨床技術特點：Technical characteristics:
1.一次裝夾可將氣門盤外圓與錐面、圓弧、盤端面及倒角等型面磨削成型。
2.CBN砂輪高速磨削氣門型面，加工效率高，尺寸*性好。
3.機床采用五軸數控、兩軸聯動，可實現數控插補法磨削和插補法修整砂輪。
4.通過數控插補法修整陶瓷CBN砂輪，工件磨削面輪廓控制靈活、準確。砂輪壽命很高。
5.頭架和砂輪架采用高精度靜動*承，具有高剛性、高精度和長壽命。
6.采用西門子數控系統和MARPOSS內置式動平衡系統，具有防碰撞和消空程功能，安全性、可靠性高。可實現全自動循環磨削氣門。

2.High speed CBN wheel grind valves surface with high processing efficiency and good size consistency.
3. Using five - axis CNC and two axes linkage, can realize the NC interpolation method and interpolation method of grinding wheel dressing.
4. By NC interpolation dressing ceramic CBN grinding wheel, the work piece’s grinding surface profile control is flexible, accurate, and the grinding wheel life is long.
5. The head rack and grinding wheel rack adopts hydrostatic bearing with high precision, high rigidity, and long life.
6 . Adopts Siemens system and built-in MARPOSS dynamic balance system, with anti-collision and elimination process function, high safety, high reliability. This can realize full automatic circular grinding valves.
