THR系列數(shù)控滾刀刃磨機(jī)，可刃磨直槽滾刀，斜槽滾刀，蝸輪滾刀，銑刀，斜插刀等。機(jī)床分度頭采用直驅(qū)電機(jī)，響應(yīng)快，效率高，*消除傳動誤差，沒有中間傳動和間隙。機(jī)床砂輪主軸采用油冷電主軸，砂輪轉(zhuǎn)速范圍寬廣。機(jī)床刃磨斜槽滾刀時，可支持小砂輪磨削；刃磨斜插刀時，可選配斜插刀刃磨程序。機(jī)床尾座由伺服電機(jī)控制，可以調(diào)節(jié)頂緊力的大小，方便刃磨小孔滾刀。
THR series CNC hob resharpening machine, is excellent in resharpening hobs, milling cutter and helix pinion cutter, etc. The dividing head of machine adopts direct drive motor, which is fast response,high efficiency completely eliminates transmission error, with no intermediate transmission and gap. The machine grinding wheel spindle is cooled by oil, so the speed range is broad. The machine switches to the small grinding wheel when resharpening the helix hob, and provides customized program for resharpening the helix pinion cutter. The tailstock of the machine is controlled by a servo motor, thus can adjust the size of the top tightening force and facilitate the resharpening of the small hole hob.
