4.日本安川伺服電機(jī)、HINWIN滾珠絲杠、線性滑軌及軸承等結(jié)構(gòu)以確保設(shè)備具有較高的加工精度;

5.采用自動(dòng)定位及夾緊系統(tǒng)。再加上高效的冷卻噴霧系統(tǒng)，可對(duì)刀具進(jìn)行冷卻處理，帶壓縮機(jī)式抽冷機(jī)。

6.采用6工位自動(dòng)換刀，換刀快速準(zhǔn)確，滿足復(fù)雜工藝的鋁材深加工。
