主要用途

本機床適用于幾何精度和表面質(zhì)量要求高的各種圓柱體零件、環(huán)形零件的無心通磨磨削，也適用于圓錐角不大于3°圓錐體零件和各種成型旋轉(zhuǎn)零件的無心切入磨削，尤其適用于大批量的生產(chǎn)要求。

Application

This machine can be used for through feed grinding of cylindrical and ring type parts with high accuracy and surface finish and also for plunge feed of taper parts with a taper smaller than 3°ａnd formed parts.It can also be used for mass production.

結(jié)構(gòu)特點

1、砂輪主軸采用懸臂動承，導輪主軸采用滾動軸承雙支承結(jié)構(gòu)；

2、砂輪修整器進給運動由伺服電機驅(qū)動滾珠絲桿來實現(xiàn)，導輪修整器、手動進給，砂、導輪修整器往復運動均由油缸來實現(xiàn)

3、導輪主軸驅(qū)動用交流電機經(jīng)變頻實現(xiàn)無極調(diào)速

4、機床主進給由伺服電機經(jīng)滾珠絲桿螺母副帶動導輪架進給與補償

5、電氣采用三菱控制系統(tǒng)（用戶）。

Main structural features

1.The grinding wheel spindle adopts the cantilever type dynamic bearing, while reg.wheel spindle is dually supported by the rolling bearing.

2.The servo motor drives the ball-screw to perform feed movement of gri.wheel dresser.Reciprocating Movement of regulating & grinding wheels and Manual feed are achieved by the oil cylinder

3.The erg.Wheel spindle is driven by a AC freq.Conversion motor to achieve a stepless speed-regulation.

4.Reg.Wheelhead feed & comp.is performed by a Servo motor through a ballscrew and nut pair.

5.Mitsubishi control system is adopted.
