TCK400新一代平床身數控車床

TCK680采用獨立主軸、雙三角導軌、中置絲桿、X向超大行程,精度與切削性兼容。主電機與主軸以1:3的大減速比傳輸動力，選用11KW的交流伺服電機，切削力強勁。針對特定盤類零件(汽車剎車盤、閥門、各種齒輪等)一次裝夾完成車一一鉆、 車-一磨等工藝，實現工序復合,提高加工效率，穩定了產品質量。
TCK680 adopts independent spindle, double triangular guide rail, center screw rod, X- direction super stroke,
with accuracy compatible with cutting performance. The main motor and the main shaft transmit power with a
large reduction ratio of 1:3, and 1 1kw AC servo motor is selected, which has strong cutting force. In view of thespecific disc parts(brake disc, valve, various gears, etc.), the process of car drilling, car grinding, etc. is
completed by clamping once, so as to realize the process combination, improve the processing efficiency and
stabilize the product quality.
