3、 高的加工精度：因為高速銖削時切削力小，大部分熱量被切屑帶走，因而工件熱變形小，加之采用高速數控運算系統，使伺 服滯后現象減小，從而減小型面的形狀精度誤差，提高零件的加工精度，尤其有利于提高薄壁件和曲面模具的加工精度，還可 以減少后續模具的拋光工作量。

4、 *耐用度高：因為高速鐵削時溫度較低，單位切削力較小，故*耐用度可提高70%以上，可加工高硬材料(50~60HRC)o 使模具制造周期縮短50%?70%。

High-speed milling processing features:
