MK系列液壓閘式數控剪板機
具有如下特點：
1. 機架采用有限元分析設計，鋼板整體焊接結構，有很好的剛性和穩定性。
2. 機架采用大型數控鏜銑床整體加工，保證剪切精度和質量。
3. 機器采用四油缸結構，刀梁被油缸懸浮托起，沒有剛性連接，降低故障率。
4. 刀架采用三滾動導輪支撐，消除剪切間隙，提高剪切精度。
5. 采用四刃剪刀，大大提高剪刀使用壽命。
6. 刃口間隙手輪調節，刻度盤顯示，調整簡單、直觀、準確。
7. 剪切行程可無級調節，以提高剪切效率。
8. 采用串聯式油缸同步系統，蓄能缸回程，工作平穩可靠。
9. 標配GSI剪板機數控系統，精度高，簡單易用。
10. 后擋料采用滾珠絲桿、直線導軌結構，伺服電機驅動，定位準確、可靠。
11. 前托料桿設有前定位刻度尺，機械擋塊定位，適應用戶不同的操作要求。
12. 設有集中潤滑泵，操作簡單，保證關鍵部位的潤滑。

with the following features:
1. The frame adopts an FEA design, and the steel plate has an integral welding structure, ensuring extremely good rigidity and stability.
2. The frame is integrally machined by a large CNC boring and milling machine, ensuring the shearing accuracy and quality.
3. The machine has a fourcylinder structure, and its blade is supported by the cylinder in a suspension way without rigid connection, decreasing the failure rate.
4. The tool rest is supported by three rolling guide wheels, eliminating the shearing clearance and improving the shearing accuracy.
5. It adopts a four-blade shear, greatly prolonging the service life of the shear.
6. The cutting edge clearance is adjusted by a hand wheel, and is displayed by a graduated disc, ensuring simple, intuitive and accurate adjustment.
7. The shearing stroke adopts stepless adjustment, to improve the shearing efficiency.
8. It adopts a tandem type cylinder synchronizing system, ensuring stable and reliable return travel and operation of energy storing cylinders.
9. It adopts CNC system for standard GSI plate shearing machine, which is high in accuracy and easy to use.
10. The backgauge adopts a ball screw & linear guide rail structure, which is driven by a servo motor, ensuring accurate and reliable positioning.
11. The front supporting rod is equipped with a front positioning graduated scale and is positioned by a mechanical baffle block, to adapt to different operating requirements of customers.
12. It is equipped with a centralized lubrication pump which is easy to operate, ensuring the lubrication of key parts.
13. Pneumatic back supporting platform and automatic front feeding platform are optional.
