塑料球壓痕硬度儀概述：

      是在指以規定直徑的鋼球，在試驗負荷作用下，垂直壓入試樣表面，保持一定時間后單位壓痕面積上所承受的平均壓力測試儀。
      我公司研制的硬度儀，采用自動加載、計時選擇、變形采集等方式、并淘汰了普遍采用的數碼塊顯示方式，而采用觸屏彩顯中文漢字顯示、語音提示。這樣，操作者在開機之后就可以根據液晶屏上的漢字提示進行試驗操作，*的方便了用戶。硬度儀各項參數符合GB3398.1-08塑料 硬度測定 第1部分球壓痕法、ISO 2039-1-2001 塑料 硬度測定 第1部分壓球法： 等相關標準中的規定。

工作原理：
根據標準相關要求，在由機架、加荷裝置、壓痕深度指示裝置、計時裝置及壓頭（嵌有規定直徑的鋼球）所構成的機構，由加荷裝置在給定試驗負荷作用下壓頭垂直壓入試樣表面，保持一定時間后單位壓痕面積上所承受的平均壓力。以kgf/mm2或N/ mm2表示。

球壓痕硬度值按下式計算：

式中：H——球壓痕硬度，kgf/mm2或N/ mm2
    P——試驗負荷，kgf或N；
    D——鋼珠直徑，mm；
    h——校正機架變形后的壓痕深度，mm。

      h1——試驗負荷下的壓入深度，mm；
      h2——儀器在試驗負荷下的機架變形量，mm
