安全保護：
試驗在較高電壓下進行，所以我們在設計時加以必要的保護措施以防止發(fā)生意外。
1．試驗在試驗箱中進行，試樣可放在空氣中或變壓器油中。50KV電壓頭安全放電距離對四周均小于200mm，試驗時即使觸到箱壁也不會發(fā)生危險。
2．升壓變壓器高壓側尾端及儀器外殼是連接在一起的，即儀器外殼與該地點的地是等電位。
3．電路保護：儀器設有過流保護、過壓保護、失壓保護、短路保護、漏電保護電路等。

設備主要配置
1、升壓部件：由調壓器和高壓變壓器組成0～50KV的升壓部分。
2、動部件：由步進電機均勻調節(jié)調壓器使加給高壓變壓器的電壓變化。
3、檢測部件：由集成電路組成的測量電路。通過信號線把檢測的模擬信號和開關信號傳給計算機。
4、計算機軟件：通過智能電路把由檢測設備采集的測控信號傳給計算機。計算機根據(jù)采集的信息控制設備運行并處理試驗結果。
5、試驗電極：根據(jù)國家標準(1408.1-2006)隨設備提供三個電極，巨體規(guī)格為：Ф25mm×25mm兩個；Ф75mm×25mm一個。

1、試驗前的準備：
1）打開試驗機右側的總電源開關,預熱15分鐘。
2）打開計算機進入Windows系統(tǒng)。雙擊本儀器軟件的快捷圖標打開試驗登錄界面輸入登錄密碼即可進入試驗界面。
 
2、交直流試驗的切換
1）本儀器高壓輸出為交流電壓。直流的獲得方式為在原回路中串入高壓硅堆，使測試回路為脈動的直流電壓。實現(xiàn)的過程為，硅堆已經(jīng)在高壓變壓器的高壓絕緣塔中，平時用一個短路桿把高壓硅堆短接。需要直流試驗時，取出短路桿，使高壓硅堆接入測試電路中，這時回路的電壓為脈動的直流電壓。
2）前面板直流交流選擇按鈕。該按鈕的狀態(tài)不能改變設備輸出的電壓性質。按下該按鈕，設備僅僅是把直流報警電路接入。指示用戶，當打開箱門時，您需要對高壓均壓球放電。轉動放電桿，使放電桿的端部銅球接觸高壓均壓球。建議用戶每次放電銅球接觸高壓均壓球時間大于五秒。
3）試驗的交直流電壓切換，主要取決于高壓絕緣塔中的短路桿是否取出。當取出短路桿時，高壓均壓球上的電壓為直流電壓，插入短路桿時，高壓均壓球上的電壓為交流電壓。短路桿的取出、插入?yún)⒖醋髠鹊氖疽鈭D。
4）在直流試驗時，計算機也要選擇直流狀態(tài)，否則測的結果是不正確的。簡單的說，交流電壓與直流電壓有倍的關系。

2、培  訓：
我公司工程師免費為用戶提供操作人員培訓，直到操作人員能獨立操作為止。

3、設備驗收標準：
