本機采用船形埋弧焊,焊接時工件不動,門架介行走,門架移動采用變頻調(diào)速;橫梁配備有二組導柱各帶一套焊接機頭,用電動機驅(qū)動來調(diào)節(jié)上下位移。用首動調(diào)節(jié)裝置來調(diào)節(jié)左右位移;導弧機構(gòu)對焊接進行機械式跟蹤,焊縫質(zhì)量高;焊藥可自動回收,節(jié)省人力。
using cymbiform submerged arc welding; when welding, workpiece is fixed, but portal frame is, moved and the speed of moving is controlled by frequency varation; equipping aset of wedljng head at each2 groups of guiding post on the beam; using electric dynamo to drive to adjust shrting up and down; using manual adjusting device to adjust shifting left and right; processing mechanictracing the welding line with guiding arc mechanism, wich can get high quality of welding line; automatically recycling the solder, which can save the labor.
