TKJ6813X2數(shù)控雙面臥式銑鏜床對(duì)大型工件寬度及孔距≥2000mm需采用對(duì)頭加工時(shí)，對(duì)頭精度高，工效高，同軸度可達(dá)1000：0.05。該機(jī)床可按數(shù)控編程設(shè)置分別加工兩側(cè)各項(xiàng)工序，亦可按零位找正對(duì)頭加工同軸度要求高的各類孔系，并旋轉(zhuǎn)90o，靠四點(diǎn)定位可完成另外兩面工序加工。
