HVS series are the starting point of TAKEDA.
The superior hydraulic mechanism, TAKEDA's original dish spring mechanism and the high rigidity body enable elastic and steady clamping.
HVS series has wide range in size and unique function type such as upper and side handle, inclining body type.
- Good operability, durability, reliability and wide jaw opening.
- Stage system enables quick positioning.
- "Two applications" Hydraulic + conventional vise.
When a high-pressure clamp for heavy cutting is required, it can be used as hydraulic machine vise. In finish machining, or machining of aluminum and plastic, it can operate as a precision conventional.
- The material of body is ductile cast iron FCD700. Reference and sliding surface is quenched, therefore it has the good abrasion resistance and durability
