用途及特點
該機床是本廠根據成品活塞環、錐面環、桶面環鍍前需要表面光滑，相鄰邊緣倒角處干凈，而且打磨質量好壞直接影響電鍍表面質量而設計的。國內現有活塞環加工設備，大部分沒有柔性打磨，而且裝夾后整筒環中心偏差，即芯桿彎曲等原因直接影響活塞環表面質量。該機床的大特點是采用柔性裝置使活塞環表面受到壓力均恒，適應性廣，保證大、小環*加工，走刀速度和移動速度分別為伺服電機和數控控制。操作簡單、安全可靠，在機身中部設定一開一關二個按鈕（手動時在電器箱上完成動作）加工時裝有防護罩。
