用途及特點(diǎn)
　　該機(jī)床適用于活塞環(huán)鉻前處理，它集目前各種活塞環(huán)噴砂機(jī)之優(yōu)點(diǎn)，以磨液泵及壓縮空氣為動(dòng)力，通過(guò)噴槍將貯料箱中的磨液、磨料以高速噴射到工件表面。鍍前經(jīng)噴砂處理，對(duì)鍍層與基體的結(jié)合力起著關(guān)鍵作用。能去除輕微毛刺，減少工件鍍前酸堿處理。使鍍前表面處于良好狀態(tài)。鍍后噴砂處理表面產(chǎn)生均勻與密布的細(xì)小凹坑，起著儲(chǔ)油的初期磨合作用。并能去除微小的鉻瘤，強(qiáng)化零件表面。加工環(huán)徑可根據(jù)客戶要求來(lái)定制。DX08 型全部為不銹鋼材料制作。
