本機床是專門用來精磨活塞環的徑向形面。可磨削不同形面的油環、桶環、錐環，能獲得較好的精度和光滑度，從而提高活塞環的使用壽命，降低油耗。該機床采用日本三菱伺服電機和三菱變頻器及北京凱恩帝數控系統控制技術，大大提高了活塞環產品質量和生產效率。
USES and features
DX18 type CNC piston ring forming grinding machine.The machine is specially used for fine grinding of piston ring radial profile. May be different form the grinding ring, barrels of oil ring, ring, can obtain better precision and smoothness, so as to improve the service life of piston ring, reduce fuel consumption. The machine USES the Japanese mitsubishi servo motor and mitsubishi inverter and Beijing Kane numerical control system control technology, greatly improving the piston ring product quality and production efficiency.
