用途及特點
　　該機床是本公司根據活塞環鍍前需要表面光滑，相鄰邊緣倒角處干凈，對減少漏光有明顯作用，而且打磨質量好壞直接影響電鍍表面質量而設計的。國內現有活塞環加工設備，大部分沒有柔性打磨，而且裝夾后整筒環中心有偏差，即芯桿彎曲等原因直接影響活塞環表面質量。該機床大的特點是鍍后打磨采用柔性裝置使活塞環表面受到壓力均衡，對消除鉻瘤有明顯作用。該機床操作簡單，安全可靠，適應性廣。
