※機(jī)床采用整體鑄造床身,采用高強(qiáng)度低應(yīng)力鑄鐵材料，剛性強(qiáng)，穩(wěn)定性高。
※機(jī)床工作臺(tái)采用平面加V型貼塑滑動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌作支承，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)、剛性強(qiáng)、低速運(yùn)動(dòng)無(wú)爬行。
※砂輪進(jìn)給機(jī)構(gòu)導(dǎo)軌均采用雙V型可預(yù)加負(fù)荷十字交叉鋼導(dǎo)軌作支承，精度高、剛性強(qiáng)。隨動(dòng)性優(yōu)良。
※采用高速大功率電動(dòng)砂輪主軸，由高頻靜止變頻器供電，耗能少.振動(dòng)小剛性強(qiáng)。
※采用西門子、三菱或法那科等數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，兩軸均由伺服電機(jī)控制，有很強(qiáng)的編程功能，可是現(xiàn)兩軸聯(lián)動(dòng)和插補(bǔ)功能。
※機(jī)床標(biāo)配三爪自定心卡盤，也可選配多種夾具，用于批量生產(chǎn)。
