1769-OA16K/ABPLC拆機件
上位機軟件采用的是ifix組態(tài)軟件為開發(fā)平臺，整套系統(tǒng)建設有多幅實時監(jiān)控畫面，包括污水系統(tǒng)總貌、預處理提升泵站與沉砂池、氧化溝、二沉池、加藥脫水間。通過plc di反饋信號表明設備運行狀態(tài)。在pc機上也可實現(xiàn)手動與自動兩種方式控制，在電機運行方式為手動時，可用鼠標點擊畫面電機啟動按鈕遠程啟動各現(xiàn)場設備。各儀表的瞬時值依據(jù)實際安裝位置被分別標注到不同的分布工藝流程圖中，其實時數(shù)據(jù)和歷史數(shù)據(jù)被做成相應分布圖的子畫面。整個軟件界面呈樹狀排列，便于查閱、操作簡便。數(shù)據(jù)庫是上位機監(jiān)控軟件的核心所在，因此必須依據(jù)實際需要首先將其建設好，然后將各功能模塊進行恰當?shù)慕M合。實際編程過程中在定義變量時，記錄可設定為不計錄、數(shù)據(jù)變化時記錄和定時記錄，要根據(jù)實際情況選擇相應的設置，從而節(jié)省存儲空間。報表分為實時報表和歷史報表兩種。

該法具有無污水廢酸排出、設備腐蝕小，煙氣在凈化過程中無明顯溫降、凈化后煙溫高、利于煙囪排氣擴散等優(yōu)點，但存在脫硫效率相對較低、反應速度較慢、脫硫產(chǎn)物較難綜合利用等問題。
