l M7180平面磨床立柱采用雙層壁結構，提供高剛性支承，磨頭采用重錘式平衡，運動平穩，減輕絲桿負載，精度壽命*。
Double walled column structure, provide high rigid support .Adopt counterweight balance, make the spindle move stably, and reduce the load of the leadscrew , keep the accuracy for a long time.
l 獨立式、大容積集成液壓站，配備風冷和保壓裝置，隔絕熱源與震動源，為精密磨削提供優異動力
Independent,large capacity integrated hydraulic tank,standard equipped with air cooling and pressurizer,isolate heat and vibroseis, to provide excellent power for precision grinding.
l 上下采用高剛性矩形導軌，并貼有 TURCITE-B耐磨帶，磨擦系數低。

l 左右、前后導軌均采用平一V導軌結構，導向性好，導軌貼有耐磨帶，經過人工精密鏟刮，保證穩定的工作精度。

l 前后、垂直進給由交流電機驅動，以電子手輪代替傳統機械手輪，精度高，操作簡便
