性能、特點與用途：
主要用于短屑及碎屑的連續輸送，有不受切屑材質限制的優點，而磁刮板式排屑機則主要適用于干式或濕式加工中長度小于150mm鋼屑及鑄鐵屑的輸送。本機采用鏈條拖動刮屑板將切屑沿排屑機底部刮出的工作方式，工作可靠、穩定，尤其是在濕式加工中磁刮板式排屑機是替代磁性排屑機的*機型。機床下來的污液及切屑（尤其是鑄鐵屑），首先吸附在磁底板上，細小顆粒也會吸附，這樣，切削液便潔凈了許多，切屑被刮屑板再慢慢刮去機外。
Performance, feature and application:
The product is mainly used in the application of continuously transferring fine debris and debris. The magnetic scraping plate type debris removal unit is mainly used in the application of transferring steel debris or cast iron debris sized small than 150 mm in the wet or dry processing operations. The product is designed such that the scraping plate is driven by the chain, removing the debris from the bottom of the debris removal unit. In this way, the debris removal unit can be operating reliably and stably. The waste liquid and debris （especially castiron debris） shall be absorbed on the base plate, creating a clean working environment.
