根據多年維護經驗，我們總結出了一套行之有效的故障判別及處理方法。 
1、查看監控畫面的數據

　　出現以下情況時，說明控制系統發生問題，應立即通知微機維修人員維修，同時操作工到現場進行處理。

　　(1) 經常變化的數據長時間不變，且幾個數據或所有數據都不變。 
　　(2) 控制分組畫面中，手動自動無法切換，或手動輸入數據后，一經確認，又恢復為原來的數據，修改不過來。 
　　(3) 趨勢圖畫面中，幾條趨勢都為直線不變。 
　　(4) 監控畫面中，多個數據同時波動較大。

判斷波動數據是否為工藝上相關參數，若是相關參數則通知儀表及微機人員檢查，看是否某調節系統波動引起相關參數變化，同時將相關調節系統打到手動狀態，必要時到現場進行調節。如水溶液全循環裝置中，尿素合成塔壓力正常時為l9．67MPa，如果突然大范圍波動，此時勢必引起下游的中壓系統、低壓系統壓力波動，這種情況是由于幾個相關參數中某一參數波動引起其他參數變化，并不是控制系統本身故障。

　　若波動數據工藝上彼此并無直接影響，則可能為微機某卡件發生故障，立即將相關自調系統打到手動調節，必要時到現場進行調節，同時，通知微機及儀表人員檢查。

　當發現多個自調系統失靈，監控畫面上自調閥閥位在全開或全關位置，立即檢查儀表氣源壓力，若氣源壓力小于0．4MPa，則不正常，檢查氣源管道有無堵塞或漏氣現象；若氣源壓力小于0．2MPa，立即進行緊急停車。將監控畫面上的自調系統全部打到手動，將調節閥閥位調到安全位置，通知儀表工檢查氣源，同時到現場進行操作，關閉調節閥兩端的截止閥，用旁路閥操作。
