詳細介紹
永磁吸盤采用稀土永磁材料，應用現代磁路原理設計的新型磁力器件，用電脈沖控制磁力的產生和消失。電永磁吸盤在瞬間通電后即成為永磁體可吸牢工件進行定位加工，加工過程中無需電源，施加反向電流后，即可退磁取下工件。產品有棋子格式和條形式兩種形式。
USE:使用

--min. size of workpiece:45X45 mm2工件zui小的尺寸：45X45平方毫米
--nominal holding force:110 N/cm2一般持有力：110牛/平方厘米
FEATURES特征
1 No electricity required to keep the electro-permanent magnetic chuck on.
吸盤工作的時候不必保持通電。
2 Electro-permanent magnetic chuck can be easily fitted to the surface grinder.
吸盤可以很容易的安裝在平面磨床上。
3 Large area can be arranged by multiple mounting of EPM chucks side by side which can be operated by a single controller.
大面積可以安排多個吸盤，由一個控制器來操作。
4 Special purpose EPM chucks can also be designed to suit particular applications.
特殊用途的吸盤也可以設計適應的應用程序。
5 Pole pitch of 2mm（1.5+0.5） can be made at extra cost.

2 Electro-permanent magnetic chucks are suitable for horizontal spindle surface grinding machines as the main cutting thrust is towards the length of the chuck, poles at right angle of the wheel give more gripping of the job.
