性能特點

電子-液壓比例伺服同步，行程內可任意點控制，重復精度達±0.01，平行度達0.02。
下工作臺采用撓度補償（下圖），上模配有撓度補償機構;下工作臺立柱上加裝下補償油缸裝置，250噸以上采用下工作臺上加裝工作臺補償機構。
配用荷蘭Delem公司(也可配用瑞士Cybelec)的電腦系統，光柵尺、液壓系統閥組總成、伺服電機均，具有良好的性能。
具有抗偏能力。
滑塊行程（Y1，Y2，)，后擋料(X，R，Z)均有電腦自動控制，后料采用滾珠絲杠、滾動導軌、重復精度高。
可特制七軸以上數控機、機械手或板料柔性加工中心等。

Performances and features

Electronic-hydraulic proportional servos are synchronized and capable of the control of random point within the stroke , with an accuracy of repetition of±0.01 and parallelism of 0.02.
The lower worktable adopts deflection compensation (refer to the following figure) and the upper die is equipped with deflection compensation mechanism; the lower worktable is provided with imported manually and electrically-driven protruding device and the worktable with an operating pressure of 250t or above is provided with lower die compensation device.
The computer system of Hollａnd Delem make (or Switzerlａnd Cybelec) is provided and the grating ruler, valve group assembly of the hydraulic system and servo motor are all originally imported and have good performances and extraordinarily strong anti-deflection ability.
The stroke of sliding blocks (Y1, Y2) and backgauges (X, Y, Z,) are computer-controlled. The backgauges adopt ball screw and rolling guideway, ensuring a high accuracy of repetition.
NC machines with seven axles or above, manipulator, plate flexible processing center, etc. can be specially manufactured.
