主要用于金屬結(jié)合劑金剛石鋸片、磨輪的燒結(jié)成型。由熱爐和冷爐兩部分組成，熱爐可以為產(chǎn)品的成型提供還原和保護(hù)氣氛，冷爐可以對成型后的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行加壓冷卻，保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的前提下加快產(chǎn)品的冷卻速度，提高生產(chǎn)效率。采用伺服壓力控制系統(tǒng)，壓力控制準(zhǔn)確。采用新型納米陶瓷隔熱材料，保證燒結(jié)溫度的均勻性。

Usages and performance characteristics

Mainly used for sintering and forming of metal bond diamond saw blades and grinding wheels. It consists of two parts： a hot furnace and a cold furnace. The hot furnace can provide a reducing and protective atmosphere for the molding of the product. The cold furnace can pressurize and cool the molded product to speed up the cooling rate of the product while ensuring product quality and improve production effectiveness. Adopt servo pressure control system, accurate pressure control. The use of new nano-ceramic insulation materials ensures the uniformity of the sintering temperature.
