DZ系列鍛造六面頂壓機(jī)是下屬鄭州磨料磨具磨削研究所有限公司開發(fā)制造的高性能超高壓裝備，代表著超硬材料行業(yè)大型裝備加工制造技術(shù)的水平。該系列六面頂壓機(jī)鉸鏈梁采用缸梁一體鍛造工藝，在同等條件下，鍛造鉸鏈梁的剛性和強(qiáng)度遠(yuǎn)高于鑄造鉸鏈梁，可極大地提高壓機(jī)的可靠性，延長(zhǎng)壓機(jī)的使用壽命，具有制造缺陷少、強(qiáng)度高、加工精度高、使用壽命長(zhǎng)等顯著優(yōu)點(diǎn)，是傳統(tǒng)鑄造鉸鏈梁六面頂壓機(jī)的更新?lián)Q代產(chǎn)品，更有利于六面頂壓機(jī)的大型化發(fā)展。
DZ系列鍛造六面頂壓機(jī)缸徑涵蓋Φ650mm，Φ700mm，Φ800mm，Φ1000mm等，設(shè)計(jì)工作壓力達(dá)到110MPa，保壓性能優(yōu)異，無(wú)噪音，使用壽命可達(dá)20萬(wàn)次以上。該系列產(chǎn)品主要應(yīng)用于高品質(zhì)、高性能超硬復(fù)合材料（PCD、PDC、PCBN、NPD），人造金剛石，單晶及聚晶立方氮化硼，寶石級(jí)金剛石等超硬材料領(lǐng)域的生產(chǎn)制造以及未知新材料領(lǐng)域的科學(xué)探索。

Product overview
DZ series forged cubic press, developed by Zhengzhou Research Institute for Abrasives & Grinding (ZZSM, a branch of SINOMACH), is a high-performance equipment for ultra high pressure. It represents the leading level of large-scale and high-end equipment processing and manufacturing technology in the superhard material industry. DZ series press has forged and integrated cylinder and beam, which, under the same conditions, has largely improved reliability and prolonged service life because the plasticity and toughness of the forged hinge beam are much higher than that of the casted one. It has the advantages of less manufacturing defects, high strength, high machining accuracy and long service life, and is more suitable for the large-size development of cubic press as a renewed generation to replace the traditional casted cubic press.
The cylinder diameter of DZ presses covers Φ 650mm, Φ 700mm, Φ 800mm, Φ 1000mm, etc. Its designed working pressure reaches 110MPa. The press has excellent pressure maintaining performance, and runs without any noise, and its service life can reach more than 200,000 times. This series of products are mainly used in the production and manufacturing of high-quality and high-performance superhard composite materials (PCD, PDC, PCBN, NPD), artificial diamond, monocrystal and polycrystal CBN, gem diamond and other superhard materials, as well as the scientific exploration of unknown new materials.
In recent years, DZ series forged cubic press has been widely used in Chinese superhard material industry, and exported to the United States, Europe, Russia, South Korea, India and other countries and regions.
