| 產品詳情 我公司產M7480P立軸圓臺平面磨床，以砂瓦端面進行磨削，是一種高效率，精密穩定的加工機床。該機床主要用來磨削毛坯及一般精密的大型零件，特別適用于冶金、鋸片、汽車、拖拉車、工具，軸承等行業對大型零件的磨削加工。 機床在提高床身和立式磨頭剛性作了較大改進。立柱采用三點調整，結構緊湊，工作臺為圓形強力電磁吸盤，磁力平滑可調，精度穩定。功率大，充退磁控制器控制，并配有冷卻液凈化裝置等特點。 本磨床的功能：通過交流伺服系統控制磨頭升降與工作臺旋轉實現工件磨削，可設置工件加工工藝參數，根據不同的工件設置不同的參數，通過不同參數設置可以輕松完成工件的加工，通過前期生產工藝參數的設定，后期生產過程簡便完成工件的加工，使生產過程簡單化，既提高了生產效率，也減少了工件生產的差異性。 主要技術規格及參數
