工藝方式：已開齒穿條型材→將型材滾壓牢固。
采用三組(6對12個)滾壓輪將已穿入隔熱條的型材, 經過滾壓復合，達到隔熱條
與型材緊密連接。
特點：采用三組高精度數字方式檢測，能準確測出滾壓中型材每組壓力。每組滾
壓輪可單獨上下調節，整機可升降調節。
Technological mode: Profiles with teeth made and strips inserted→To roll and to
achieve tightness.
Rolling machine (composite machine) uses three sets (six pairs or 12 pieces) of
rollers for recombination of profiles with the inserted thermal barrier strips through
rolling and achieving tight combination of the strips with profiles.
Features: Uses three sets of high precision digital pressure testing, capable of
accurately measuring pressure of each set during rolling. Each set of rollers can be
separately adjusted up and down, and the overall machine can be vertically adjusted.
