性能特點 | 該生產線是將較薄金屬卷板整平、剪切成塊狀板材的專用設備。通常由上料小車、開卷機、托板壓引裝置、 校平主機、活動過橋、導向糾偏裝置、定尺機構、覆膜裝置、剪板機、輸送工作臺、氣動排料架、液壓升降 垛料臺、運料滾道臺及液壓系統、電氣控制系統等組成,協同動作PLC控制。 本設備主要用來加工冷軋碳鋼卷板、不銹鋼卷板及有色金屬卷板等,可以根據客戶的需求和工件加工的需要,選用六重式、四重式或二重式校平主機。 根據客戶要求,校平可采用初、精兩級校平機校平;定長送剪可采用普通機械電器協同動作、數字變頻技術 或交流伺服技術;剪板機可配用普通機械、液壓機型,電磁離合器、氣動離合器傳遞動力的高速閘式剪板機,移動跟蹤的追剪以及回轉式飛剪機。配套相關成型機床可作更大范圍功能延伸。 |
