■Tool rods grade introduction
YK106: Made of fine-grained raw materials, it has excellent adhesion to diamond coatings and is suitable for processing graphite products (coatings are required).
YK15: More than 30 years of classic fine-grained grades, the market uses tens of thousands of KG. Good impact resistance and versatility. Suitable for rough machining and finishing of general metal materials, 50HRC and below steel, cast iron, aluminum alloy.
YK20: Improved YK15, suitable for roughing and finishing, 52HRC and below steel, cast iron, aluminum alloy.
YK25: Good wear resistance, excellent toughness and strong versatility. Suitable for roughing and finishing, 60HRC and below carbon steel, die steel, 316L stainless steel.
YK30: Suitable for low speed cutting and medium speed cutting and drilling, 55HRC and below 303, 304 stainless steel, alloy steel.
YK25: Sub-microcrystalline alloy grade, good wear resistance and excellent toughness. Suitable for high-speed cutting of high-hardness materials, it is especially recommended to make contour tools and high-light tools.

YSF10A: Submicron grain, with high strength and hardness, excellent wear resistance and impact resistance. It is recommended to make PCB drills with diameters of 0.7 and above.
YSF20A: Ultra-fine grain with high hardness and high strength. It has excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, strength and rigidity for various PCB sheet processing. Suitable for making PCB micro drills and micro milling cutters. It is recommended to make PCB milling cutters with a diameter of 0.8 and above.
