產品詳情 產品名稱 TCK-12框式退磁器 技術參數 輸入電壓 ~380V/220V 額定功率 12KVA 相 數 2 頻 率 50HZ 工作周期 15min 持續率 40% 溫 升 110℃ 退磁框口尺寸 450×500mm（寬×高） 工件退磁后剩磁 碳素鋼≤2GS 合金鋼≤5GS 性能特點 TCK—12型高效框式退磁器是在吸收國內外退磁器優點的基礎上，而創新研制出的實用新型產品。 該產品工藝結構合理，外形美觀，能夠充分消除碳素鋼及合金鋼工件在機械加工前后的剩磁。廣泛應用于機械加工行業，能夠滿足對較大工件進行整件退磁，及工序間的工件退磁。操作簡捷可靠，并具有工作超溫保護功能及各種工作狀態顯示，在工作方式上具有自動定時退磁和手動退磁兩種，可供不同條件下使用。根據工件的種類和剩磁大小，有一般退磁及強退磁兩種選擇，由于具有自動定時功能，自動定時退磁與連續通電退磁相比，在退磁效果*相同的情況下，可降低退磁器的電力損耗及溫升，節能，按每三分鐘一個退磁器周期，每周期通電時間為六秒鐘計算，比連續通電退磁節約電力70%以上。 安裝使用 安裝接線 將退磁器引出的三根電源線分別接到兩相線和一中性線上（接線見原理圖）外附行程開關可用在生產線上代替手動操作。 使用方式：手動退磁 自動定時退磁 工件去磁條件 注意事項 1、退磁器上頂蓋上不得放置其它物體及隨意敲打磕碰，以免造成參數改變或不必要的損壞。 2、非電器維修人員不得隨意打開退磁器進行維修。 3、退磁器框口上沿斷開處不得人為更改及連通。 4、退磁器外殼接地端必須接地，以確保使用安全。
