設備用途
本設備主要用于法蘭、盤類、環件等圓形工件的鉆孔加工，是雙主軸、雙回轉工作臺法蘭鉆床，法蘭鉆孔設備。兩個動力頭獨立控制，兩個主軸可同時鉆孔，也可單獨鉆孔。可實現鉆通孔、盲孔，機床加工過程數字控制，操作十分方便。能實現自動化、高精度、多品種、大批量生產。輸入孔的個數n，設置要加工孔所在分度圓的半徑r，即可自動加工，傻瓜型機器，、性價比高！
設備特點
本設備主要有2個回轉工作臺、2個鉆削動力頭、自動排屑器和循環冷卻裝置、氣動系統、電氣系統等組成。滾動直線導軌副支撐和導向、精密絲杠副驅動，機床具有較高的定位精度和重復定位精度。
