機(jī)床特點(diǎn) Machine tool features:
1、 x、丫為線性導(dǎo)軌設(shè)計(jì)，其運(yùn)動(dòng)速度快、滾動(dòng)摩擦阻力小、潤(rùn)滑 方便、長(zhǎng)時(shí)間工作穩(wěn)定性佳。
2、 Z軸采用硬軌設(shè)計(jì)，在粗加工時(shí)，吃刀量與切削力都較大，能有 效的避免床身震動(dòng)比較厲害的問(wèn)題，既能保證加工的效率，也能 保證加工的精度。
3、 三軸馬達(dá)座與主件一體鑄造并同時(shí)加工，可確保各軸組裝精度。
4、 廣泛適用于中等級(jí)要求的零件和模具的生產(chǎn)加工。
- X and Y axis are linear guide rail design, with a large number of advantages of fast moving speed, small rolling frictional resistance,convenient lubrication and long working stability.
- The Z axis adopts the design of box way type, when rough machining, engagement of the cutting edge and cutting force are bigger, which can effectively avoid the worse vibration of lathe bed, and not only guaranteeing the machining efficiency, but also ensuring the machining accuracy.also to ensure the processing precision.
- The three-axis motor base and the main parts are cast and processed simultaneously to ensure the assembly precision of each axis.
- It is widely used in the production and processing of parts and moulds with medium requirement.
