pvd是英文physical vapor deposition(物理氣相沉積)的縮寫，是指在真空條件下，采用低電壓、大電流的電弧放電技術，利用氣體放電使靶材蒸發并使被蒸發物質與氣體都發生電離，利用電場的加速作用，使被蒸發物質及其反應產物沉積在工件上。pvd技術出現于二十世紀七十年代末，制備的薄膜具有高硬度、低摩擦系數、很好的耐磨性和化學穩定性等優點。
非晶硅電池生產的pvd工藝主要用來制作太陽能電池板的背電極，它對整個電池產品的質量起到非常重要的作用，因此對pvd設備的控制要求也相對較高。pvd設備要求將鋁或氧化鋅等背電極材料通過磁控濺射的形式鍍到電池片上，并能根據生產工藝的要求對濺射電源的功率、傳動速度、濺射壓力以及氣體流量等工藝參數進行調節。

鍋爐煙氣通過除塵器，經霧化增濕和初步脫硫后進入脫硫塔，在塔內煙氣與脫硫液逆流接觸傳質反應。完成脫硫后的煙氣通過塔體上段的高效除霧裝置，除去煙氣中的霧滴，可有效地防止風機帶水。凈化后的煙氣經過煙囪排放，出脫硫塔的脫硫液進入循環系統。
