1756-MVID/ABPLC模塊
原電站設計裝機容量為630MW,安裝3臺單機容量210MW水輪發電機組。電站在系統中的主要作用是調峰、調頻,承擔系統事故備用,是一項以發電為主的綜合利用工程。早期的機組自動化及其輔助設備*采用電磁繼電器方式參與控制,盤柜龐大、臃腫,接線復雜,其安全、穩定性能低,抗*力差,設備故障、事故頻繁發生。我廠機組及其輔助設備PLC改造大致分為三個階段:90年代中期開始著手機組及其輔助控制設備的改造,于1996年底成功完成機組進水口閘門的PLC改造,是我廠的一次成功嘗試;1998年初對3#發電機組進行自動化元件改造,1999年完成全廠輔助設備的PLC安裝調試工作;2000年底至2001年初完成三臺機組及公用系統的計算機監控系統安裝調試,使我廠的計算機監控系統走向完善和成熟;更為烏江公司培養出一批實力雄厚的機組計算機監控技術人才。
