Precision straightening of square racks 

The Twin model is the ideal automatic straightening machine for square racks and offer many advantages, as scanning and straightening over the entire length of the workpiece, measuring with additional laser on toothing, linearity and twist correction, crack detection system. 

During straightening, the profile lies free on supports and force is applied horizontally, an essential condition for accuracy, repeatability and cycle time. Firstly, the workpiece is measured using a contactless Laser System, this operation is performed in a few seconds over the entire length of the workpiece. This step allows to work with the straightener only where deformation is located.

Machine size depends on the section and length of parts. In order to guarantee a great productivity, square racks can be loaded/unloaded by portal systems or others according to customer plant layout requirements or to the production flow to be followed.
