置位/復位指令根據RLO的值,來決定被尋址位的信號狀態是否需要改變。若RLO的值為1,被尋址位的信號狀態被置1或清0;若RLO是0,則被尋址位的信號保持原狀態不變。對于置位操作,一旦RLO為1,則被尋址信號(輸出信號)狀態置1,即使RLO又變為0,輸出仍保持為1;對于復位操作,一旦RLO為1,則被尋址信號(輸出信號)狀態置0,即使RLO又變為0,輸出仍保持為0。
